Am I living in cloud cuckoo land expecting them to drop all interest late payment charges and continue with my original repayments programme. It was their fault it defaulted anyway.
Also I've currently persuaded Coop Bank to agree to a small increase in payments, they wanted a 1% payment which is double what I was paying. They haven't cancelled the charges however whci is what I'd asked for. No mention was made of charges in their letter of accceptance. Do I inform them now of their failure to comply or do I save it up for when they review my account and ask for more, using it a bargaining tool as they are in default of the agreement.

Also I was advised by CAB and CCCS when I first had my LBM that I shouldn't pay more than my agreed monthly payments and save the cash for future just incase things should turn worse and not better. Do you reckon this is good advice still.
