Veg Curry for 50 people

I need to cook a curry that will feed around 50 people, some children. I have no idea what to put in it or what spices etc. I think something mild and creamy would be good.
Anybody got any recipes suggestions etc?

I've made a few from Mamta's kitchen,the Chicken Dopyaza being my all time favorite curry (but I add loads of mushrooms as well)

DGF is sort of a veggie (she eats fish) so I often make the meat & fish seperate,marinaded & grilled,before adding to the gravy.
Have'nt used the other site as yet as I only just found it.

Below are four recipies for proper Gurkha curry's.Last year I was at Swinnerton Bks in Folkstone where the 1st Bn Royal Gurkha Rifles are based & had a few of their curries...curry heaven!
