    RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

    I crossed swords (v. mildly) with Hamish about a week ago, but I wasn't aware at the time of his/her iconic status. Sorry Hamish.

    Hamish said that Gordon Brown was singlehandedly responsible for all our current woes, but he didn't explain the 'coincidence' that many nations throughout the world are experiencing similar pain to ours, even though many of their citizens have never even heard of Mr. Brown!
