    Are you complaining to Natwest (i.e. their internal complaints team) or about Natwest - i.e. to the banking ombudsman?

    Here is there procedure. - https://www.natwest.com/secure/global/contact_us/complaints_procedure.htm

    If unhappy with branch manager handling the complaint, then escatle it to;

    NatWest Customer Relations
    FREEPOST NAT12685
    BOREHAMWOOD
    WD6 1BR

    You can make your complaint to ANY branch of NatWest and they must still apply their procedures in exactly the same way.

    There is no longer a Banking Ombudsman - it was superseded by the Financial Ombudsman Service in 2001 but you must give NatWest an opportunity to respond itself first (it has up to 8 weeks from receipt of the complaint - in the branch not when Head Office eventually gets it).
