Help needed urgently

I have a DMP to pay off my debts (I do this myself not through a debt management company) but I have been using a credit card to help pay utility bills and food shopping. The £40.00 they allow me doesn't seem to cover all the shopping for myself and for my dog. Not sure what to do now as I am in debt with the credit card but frightened to let my other creditors know.

Who is running your DMP? - Is it one of these, if not switch to them - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2077631

For 1 person I've seen people live on £60 a month, although that is more achievable as a per person value with a household of 4 people (£240).

I believe the budget is ~£120-160 for 1 person living alone. With pet costs covered separately. I have to admit when i lived away from home my grocery costs were to say the least...higher.

To reduce your costs on shopping, try the old style boards - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=33

And read this, here i asked how people reduced there shopping costs as i sucked at it - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2234113

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies
