Ive just joined experian with the full intention of only staying for my 30 day free trial and not paying anything..
Are there any problems with cancelling?
do you just phone up or email or do they want something in writing?
how many days notice do i have to give them, i.e do i do it on the
30th day or the 20th day etc..?
They definately wont take any money of me?

If you cancel within the period of 30 days they don't charge you. I had to phone and they tried all sorts to get me to stay, scare tactics basically.
Sign up, get your report then PHONE and cancel, simple as :-)"We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0 -
I signed up for the free trial and then rang straight up saying I wanted to cancel they we fine with this and I can still access my account for the remainder of the 30 days.0

Do be careful that when you obtain your credit report, that it doesnt set off sirens in the offices of DCA's up and down the country.
The likes of Experian are only too willing to assist their best buddies in the DCA industry like that.0 -

to be honest... i just applied for a santander account and got turned down because of my bad credit, ide like to know why
1) im 7k overdrawn but this will be paid in oct
2) ive owed £115 to a debt recovery place for 6 years, which we disputed... but after just settled on half today
3) ive never had a credit/store card
i cant fix number 3, but 1 and 2 have been sorted/will be sorted. cant think what else it will be?0
