Opel Astra service

We have an Opel Astra we imported last year with a British spec via a specialist import company. When we had it serviced by our local Vauxhall dealer, they were quite snotty and we didn't feel they did a particularly good job (it came back with a rattle it hadn't had before and it took us ages to track it down to the boot lid catch being loose).
Anyway, does anybody know of a Vauxhall garage where they are nice to people with Opels? We live just north of Bristol.
