The OP needs to ensure though before going off on their high horse that anything wrong is being done; It could well be weekly sign off isnt the norm in which case if they complain they may find weekly sign off becomes monthly.

Just because the agency needs timesheets weekly doesnt mean the employer has to authorise them weekly. It may well integrate into their own monthly procedures better.

The agency will have standard terms and conditions which the employer would have agreed to - or have countered with their own. I have never known an employer counter with not signing timesheets off on a weekly basis - though they may be paying the agency monthly, the invoices will probably still be submitted weekly in line with each weekly timesheet.

I have never ever known an employer that takes temps on NOT to understand that timesheets need signing weekly.
