If you're a joint owner, and this 'loophole' turns out to be tax fraud, where will that leave you?0

A company that can help you avoid a tax that is paid through a solicitor to the treasury and they don't appear to have a website.
I know what decision I'd make.0 -
Tax fraud - just remember kids its only illegal if you get caught

what are they saying this "loop hole" is?0

I suspect that they won't say until a non disclosure agreement is signed by the OP and their solictors.......0

how about your husband as a first-time buyer? has be been the owner of a house in the last few years? Anything other than this and you're asking a really dumb question.0

You pay a tax advisor and they somehow manage to avoid stamp duty. It all sounds dodgy to me. My husband has also instructed Arc solicitors, anyone had any good / bad experiences?0

Sarcasm aside the whole thing sounds like a con. Proceed very carefully. Have they given you any idea how the supposed "system" purportedly works? AVOID0

This question crops up with monotonous regularity. There is no loophole. There are, however, plenty of people who are willing to take advantage of others greed/naivity.
Please, give them a wide berth.
DaisyI'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -

True i suppose, but you could always give £10000 for that oven and literally it can cost £2000+ to have bespoke lounge curtains made etc.0
