Recipe pumpkin and sunflower bread

Options
hi,

I have just bought a new breadmaker and during the break between this one and my old one I discovered Pumkin and Sunflower wholemeal seeded batch at Morrisons (for 85p too which is cheaper than plain white bread). I am hypo and on Rosemary Connollys diet encouraging low GI food so this has been perfect now I would really like to recreate it. Has anyone got any recipes?

There isnt one with machine or my old one and I have searched and cant find one on here. Thanks

Jen

Use a wholemeal recipe and add a handful each of sunflower and pumpkin seeds :) I often do this using a variety of seeds and nuts. It's always delicious.

Bought bread is usually made by the Chorleywood process. I'd far rather have HM bread :)

I don't do breadmaker bread, I make a very basic wholemeal and chuck a couple of handsful of seeds in it, and its delicious. Sorry. Handmade bread is a lot quicker and easier than you think, you could give it a try, and it doesn't have all the dried milk etc in either, just flour yeast and water, and a bit of butter or oil?

Haven't tried this, so can't comment on result, but reviews are mostly positive.
