myself and partner i wanting to buy a house abroad for renting purposes.We are both on relatively low incomes but having previously had a well paid career I own my own home outright(current value approx. £320k).
The foreign property is valued at £125. My question is what mortgages/schemes are available to raise most of the money from our present uk residence....? Apart from downsizing that is.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
