This letter fine to send?

Good afternoon,

Im enquireing if this proposed letter is acceptable to send to the mention company.


To whom it may concern,

We the (our names) wish to cancle our appliaction (ref number) with you yes loans LTD, as per section 12 of your T and C and request no bank transactions take affect on the agreed date, we retract our permission for you to seek funds and any transaction will constitute theft and will be dealt with legally.

Um, a bit strange to be honest I would simply word it this was;

To whom it may concern,

As the joint account holders, we instruct you to close our account under condition 12 of the Terms and Conditions. I trust all is in order, please contact us if there are any problems.

Thank you very much been looking for help for a while and can make the last post now, much appreciated.
