Can I double up the ingredients for pizza dough, as I need to make 2 pizzas at a time?
I bought wheatmeal flour in aldi, is this the same as wholemeal flour? Can I use it in a pizza dough recipe?
Where do you prove the pizza dough after you have shaped it and do you need to wrap in cling film? I tried the microwave method and it was a disaster.

Old age isn't bad when you consider the alternative.

I was wondering the same about doubling the pizza dough. As for proving the dough, I've rolled it out and then used the micro method - it worked for me luckily as I really don't have anywhere warm to do it. Do you have a warm airing cupboard you could use?
I'm sure someone with the right answers will be along soon

I tried to make 1 1/2 times the amount of pizza dough...It worked ok but rose up so high in the machine that it made a real mess, so double the ingredients would probably overflow my machine!
Once I've shaped the dough it seems to prove ok just at room temperature...even in the fridge if left long enough.
Hope this helpsweaving through the chaos...0
