Hi,
I am wondering if you can give some advice or if anyone else has been in my possition. I have had an offer accepted on a house (118k) and im looking for a mortgage. I am employed through an employment agency though i have worked in the same placment for 4 years (with financil records as evidence). My partner has a permenant position and we have a combined inclome of 35k.
Does anyone know of any mortgage lenders that would offer us a joint mortgage despite me being employed through an agency?
So far we know for definate Halifax and Santander will offer us mortgages but their deals dont seem as good.
Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

As long as your P60 states your salary then you should be fine. I manage a nursing agency and most of my employees are long-term agency. I have had to write several letters to mortgage companies confirming their status and the likelihood of continued work. As an agency, you cannot guarantee work but you can explain average salary etc.:grouphug: - we can only dream :rotfl:0
