Requesting Credit agreements

I am hoping for some advice...

I have been through the motions of the letters etc for requesting credit agreements, and have had one debtor say they dont have it and will leave me alone etc and the others haven't come up with the goods. I have sent all of the letters and have not heard anything for ages.

Should I be following it up for closure????

Thanks :)

A debt is legally unenforacble until they produce a valid CCA.
The DCA's will chance their arm regardless.
Report them to the OFT & trading standards if they do.

Right ok, so you don't think I should be asking again for some sort of confirmation that they wont be chasing?

    Thanks for your reply.

If you have done the CCA request, 14 day reminder, and finally the CCA dispute letter for failing to supply a valid CCA. Then yes, leave them alone.
