Thank god its those times and not 6pm. I hate it when somebody is ordering a load of coffee whilst I'm waiting for a pint.
  • That's a good deal! I don't think I've ever found myself in a Wetherspoons at those hours, but will definitely bear it in mind if I've got an early start. I was amazed when they started their offer a few weeks ago of a morning roll (sausage, bacon or egg) and coffee for £1.49.

I have also seen this in The Winter Seam (Xscape Castleford)
    Is it nationwide?

Tried it this morning - lavazza coffee, far nicer flavour than starbucks house blend; decent size (bit bigger than an average mug); appeared to be a single generous shot of espresso. New looking espresso machine. No queue, helpful staff, almost as cheap as doing it at home.

I hope enough people take the offer up that they keep doing it, but so many that I have to wait for mine :)
