is this legal
when my husband was checking the loan agreement from our secured loan he noticed that there was a joint insurance policy running with it but he has never paid any thing to it but money has been coming out of our bank in my name also it states that only the first named in the policy will be able to claim in the case of accident, sickness and unemployment which is him surely this cant be right!!

1. it is perfectly legal for you to pay for the insurance on a joint loan
2. well, it depends what you signed, doesn't it? If his name was first on the form, then this is quite normal.Debt free 4th April 2007.
