ELC Rosebud cottage 1/2 price & 20% code works

Just noticed on ELC - rosebud cottage is half price at £22.50 & the 20% code works taking the price down to £18.

Delivery is £4.95 making it £22.95 delivered, but even if you go into ELC it would cost £22.50 as they do not let you use the birthday club (20% discount) on items already on offer.

I already have the large rosebud house put away for christmas but I'm tempted to get this just for the dolls & furniture included.
Could make a great little christmas gift if you are looking for a first dolls house.
