When did you take out the crap one card?

i've had the capitol one (crap one LOL) since 2006 and always payed ontime.

thank you for the good and encouraging advice, it's always nice to be reassured in times like this.

Have you ever requested the CCA for the account; those taken out before April 2007 have to be legally complaint if they are to ever take court action and a lot of crap one's are crap.

thank you RAS, after sending the cca request to cap 1, i recieved a polite letter (theres first time for everything) today thanking me for my recent querey and asking me to phone a freephone number to discuss it further, (i wont be phoneing).
it looks like they may now stop being so hostile and may be prepared to negotiate a payplan. i also sent them a SAR on the weekend.
the two other cards i owe too (vanquis & aqua) have now called a truce and have agreed a intrest free payplan with me.

Looks like they are up a gum tree , they know that you know, they want desperately for you to phone so they can lie,:D . threaten , cajole, intimidate,and generally browbeat you into paying.

i think i will wait and see what there next move is, i an interested to see if they respond to the SAR requst as quickly
