Hi, im not sure if im posting on the right forum or not so im sorry if ive got it wrong.
Basically my husband has recieved a court letter for speeding. (an admission letter). He has returned this roughly some time last week.
My question is can he apply at this stage to switch courts as the letter is for norwich court and we live in the west midlands.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Laney, is he denying the speeding charge? The reason I ask is, I got a speeding fine the other week, and all I did was pay the 60 quid fine and send my licence to Swansea to get 3 points put on it. I didn't have to go to court at all!0

Firstly , you may find better help on the `motoring` sub forum , and secondly ,i hope he gets banned and fined , no offence to you , but plenty to him0
