Yep, went & collected them this afternoon.

At the self-service tills it didn't factor in the discount at all, and tried to charge me £2.99+£2.99=£5.98.

Woman at the till brought up my reservation no problems, and went through £2.99+£2.99-£5.00=£0.98 to pay.

Bargain!

For that price I'd go and clean out the other 12 Argos stores that are within 10mi of where I live... but unfortunately I think the sale ends today
I guess if the prices go back up tomorrow, the price on reservations made today won't be honoured? (though if it's clearance stock, I can't see the logic in that!)

I made a reservation earlier for

2x white lampshades originally 4.99 now 1.99each.

Put them in my basket and said the price was £2.96 to pay...???weird

So anyway i went to collect and got to the desk and girl rang them thro and she said thats £2.00.

Weird...

Checking the receipt it says 1.99x2 so 3.98,
minus (offer buy 2 shades for £8) so deduced 1.98
leaving £2.

Think the deal was if they were on at 4.99 each and i bought 2 then instead of paying 9.98 the offer is 8.00 so deducts 1.98.

Except this still works for the reduced shades.

Dunno why the reserve and collect price came up at 2.96 tho...weird

Has anyone else had a different price on the reserve and collect when they order?
