Marisa Peer - You can be thin

Hi Everyone,

I have seen a few articles in the national papers/magazines now about weight lose hypnotherpy, the results seem amazing. The name that crops up alot of the time is Marisa Peer.

I was wondering if anyone had had a Hypnotherpy session with her, been to a seminar or read her book. Any opinions will be great.

Thanks
V

I bought the book/CD but didn't think much of it. Similar principles to Paul McKenna - eat when you're hungry etc and cut out dairy (I think it was - long time since I read it!)

She does have a very relaxing voice though which helped me sleep!

I've read her book and I found it very helpful. A bit repetitive but helpful. She encourages you to think differently about food and your eating habits and I see a lot of sense in what she says.

I just HATE the title "You can be THIN". Who wants to be THIN? Thin is scraggy, thin is underweight, thin is not very feminine.

Why didn't she call it slim or slender or healthier?

This book made a lot of sense to me, and I did enjoy it. I think that if you do all the exercises then it would make a difference to your life, and I do still use some of the principles even though I'm now doing the Tony Ferguson diet plan.

I would recommend it, it's worth a try!
