Got a letter from FDS International today, a commercial organisation which say they have been provided with my information from the Child Support Agency and that they will be phoning me to ask me questions about the CSA.
Anyone else taken part?
Im not to happy the CSA has chosen to provide my personal information to a company outwith the Government. Anyone else agree?
Could this be a breach of the Data Protection Act?

When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

Think it will definitely be a breach in Data Protection, but there again, if you are in arrears etc etc, your details are passed to bailiffs and private debt collectors? May be worth making a written complaint then getting in touch with ICO though0
