Cheaper CSA calls.

Like most people I call the CSA "a lot" on the 0845 numbers which can add up. Mobile calls can be up to 40p a minute.
Instead call 01912252722. This is their complaints dept & as no one answers complaints you get routed through to the call centre - simples..
On a serious note I am 6 months down the line of complaining getting nowhere.

Many a time when I've called them from work, and I've mentioned this, they have offered to call me right back to stop the phone bill getting charged.
Might be worth trying that.When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0
