I wanna vitamin that will pick me up

Hi there. Ive been feeling pretty crap for a while now and just wondered which vitamins to take for a little "pick me up". Ive been moody, miserable, tired and seem to have a constant cold. I know vitamin C is supposed to keep colds at bay, but is there any others?

You really need to get things checked out medically as if your deficient in something then your GP can help and advise. Its also important not to OD on vitamins as they can cause you harm.

Thing is, most people take vitamin pills and they may be slightly deficient but not really notice, if your noticing a big change in yourself, it could be something is very wrong and this really needs to be sorted properly.

Hi there, i myself can tell you that a chinese herb in tincture form called schisandra is a great pick me up that i take myself and find it works for me. i buy it from nealsyardremedies dot com. i am not giving you medical advice. i am stating what works for me and which has also been used by the chinese for thousands of years. i would suggest you go to see your gp. i felt similar to you a year ago and after a blood test found that i was anaemic, and i needed to take a liquid iron supplement.
