Hi, I'm new to these forums, and hoping i'll get a reply lol:)
anyway.. I'm wanting to work from home as I am a fulltime mum, and my husband is the one who works, but I'm wanting to earn an income for my self. I have been searching through google for working from home, to find endless scams, and asking for money upfront, but I know never to give money to companys over the net.
So I'm wanting to start up my own cards business, but I want to start small, like local advertising, and maybe selling on ebay.. But I don't know if i would have to declare my self as self employed, to pay tax, but I'm not sure how much I would earn, as I haven't even got my samples started yet.
I suppose what I really wanted to ask is do any of you do this, and how much did you have to start, and did you have business cards to advertise etc, or did you advertise in local papers.
