(1) This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Phones 4u and HTC or any of their subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.


(2) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Phones 4u and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of selecting a winner and then to establish contact to confirm the win.


(3) The closing date for entries is (Midnight Tuesday 7th December 2010). Entries received after that date will not be entered into the competition.




(4) You can enter the Promotion through the fbml application on the Facebook Platform. You can also find the application on the 'HTC Sense' tab on the Phones 4u Page on Facebook:

• Click on the Phones 4u 'HTC Sense' Tab and activate the competition section.
• Enter your Name, City, Telephone Number and Email Address into the Competition Tab.
• Then answer the following question: "If you were a SUPER HERO and you could have any SUPER SENSE you wanted, what would it be and why?"

(5) The winner will be selected by Phones 4u, at Phones 4u’s absolute discretion from all valid entries and notified by telephone between 1pm and 6pm on Wednesday 8th December 2010. Phones 4u’s decision is final. If Phones 4u is unable to trace the winner within this time period then Phones 4u will be entitled to withdraw the offer and another winner will be selected at random.


(6) There is one main prize of a trip for two to Iceland to see the Northern Lights in January 2011 and 1 x HTC Desire HD and 1 x HTC Desire Z. There will be one main winner. There are also 2 x HTC Desire HD and 2 x HTC Desire Z available for four runners up. Each runner up will win one device from the four available.


(7) Phones 4u reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same, higher or lower value should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The prize is not transferable in the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, including the allocation of more prizes than are available. Phones 4u reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion or to amend these terms & conditions.


(8) The winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with this promotion and it is a condition of entry that the winner(s) agree to their name and country of residence being made publicly available if they win.
