hi, as title...... has anybody been able to get northern rock to remove their ppi without being made to apply for a new loan??????
they have refused point blank for ages now and i'm getting sick of it as it's costing a fortune when i don't even need it. all lot of the time they hang up on me or make me wait on hold or transfer my call around every one in their office till i give up!!!:mad:
