on 25 Oct. They replied 26 oct, and a couple of emails later I received the mini art pack today!! I know it's not exactly what you may call an art pack as such, but my 5 yr old will love the little Princess and the Frog colour set. She's probably forgotten about it by now so I may keep it for her stocking.

Good luck everyone, I think there was also a telephone contact number on the nesquick website. Def worth a try.

Even better, worth contacting them as I rec'd a second one in the post, now each of my dd's has one in their stocking!
