HELP - CCJ Notice

Hi All,
Looking for some help here as i am in serious trouble
Over the last few years i have accumulated quite a lot of debts though Personal Loans at very high rates and Payday companies. I have been an idiot for past 3 months and have not paid them. However, now i have taken the right steps and contacting each one of them to setup a monthly payment plan. The result has been positive and i am able to pay them an amount that is affordable.
However, one of the creditors has gone to court and i have received a court notice. With it are attached an admission form and denial form. Since i had signed a contract i guess admission form is the only option.
I have offered a regular monthly payment and i am hoping the creditor will accept it. Reading through the guidelines though it seems that even if the claimant accepts the offer, they may ask for a judgement to be passed. So is this certain now that i will have CCJ againt my name. Is there any way to avoid it ?
I work in finance industry and having a CCJ can make it difficult for me to get a job or lose my current job! So i am worried.
Please help
Regards

Do you have the credit agreements and defualt letters for this debt?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
What form of borrowing is this particular agreement? a loan? a payday loan or something else?
Did you get a default notice from this creditor before the court papers came? do you still have it?
You might be able to contest the CCJ if the default was not sent to you or was incorrect.
Aside from that if a CCJ was granted the only way to get rid of it would be to pay it off in full in 30days. If you do this it never shows on yoru credit file. But obviously it does appear that you would not be in a position to pay.
If you can find the default notice and agreement out it might be worth sending a PM to 10past6 for some more advice.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Thanks everyone for the replies. The creditor is Zopa, an online lending company.
The credit agreement is attached along with the court letter and also i guess its available online. The default letters - well what can i say, i had so many letters i might have binned it. I know it sounds stupid but i have been very stressed out in past few months.
I do intend to pay them as a monthly payment plan but what i want to avoid is the CCJ. Can any settlement be reached with Zop without paying the full amount, which i really cannot afford
Thanks

Ok here is an update from me. Contact the debt collection agency and asked them if there are "workarounds" to avoid CCJ. They have asked for a formal written letter with an offer of monthly payment and an income/expenditure statement.
Based on the offer, they will be able to discuss with their solicitor and come up with the possibility of avoiding the court judgement.
Is this possible? Or will this land me in further trouble?

I would ask the DCA to confirm in writing that they will hold the court action. If you have the court papers you have a limited time to acknowledge. Maybe you could phone National Debtline and ask them if the court case can be stopped after you have received the court papers.0

If a debt collector is persistent, you may struggle to hold off on the court action as it would secure the debt at really no cost to them, or £50 if they fail (Court cost).
If however you can indeed come to a formal arrangement, and you enter into court proceedings you can present the arrangement to the judge, and hope the judge feels the court action is to early and unnecessary and side in your favour.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
