Which charges can I claim back?

Could anyone advise me on which charges I can claim back from the bank. I recieved my 6 years of statement today.
The charges fall into 3 catagories - Return dd and cheques £33-35 each
Charges for exceeding the agreed OD - £20-25 if exceeded OD at some point in the month and daily charges for going over the OD £4-8 per day.
I'm a bit confused over which ones are classed as excessive.
I have tried posting on the consumer action site but no one has replied yet.
Just sitting trawling through bank statements so it would be good to know which charges i can add in.
Thsi is both upsetting and exciting.
Upsetting in that we have incurred so many charges - confirms how c**P we are with money.
But exciting as it would be real help in getting debt free if we get the money back:T

I have spent all night last night entering my and oh charges onto spreadsheets. They come to £4313!!!!!
Thats without this debit interest thing. Can anyone tell me what this is and whether I should be claiming this back. I don't want to push my luck but at the same time I don't want them to think i don't know what i'm doing - which is true!!!
Has any one else claimed this much?0 -
