Taking pension early

I have just enquired about a pension with a former employer and have received a quote what I will get if I take pension early. It has two options and can either take lump sum and reduced pension or a full pension.
I could leave it until I am 60 which is in another 4 years and would presumably get more.
However this is a final salary schem and would like some advise whether I would better leaving it or taking it now. I suppose Im worried if I leave it until 60 the penson may not be there for me. The lump sum is £30,000.
