CSA miss-allocating payments, what can i do?

some of you might know that ive been fighting the CSA since 2006 regarding arrears and other maladministration

Ive worked out on my computer at work on an ecel sheet how much regular maintenance I should be paying to each of my cases (2)

Case 1 is the one with arrears, however CSA still havent been able to supply me with a correct figure and stick to it!! As with a few folk on here ive been given numerous differin figures and even when ICE involved they were given another figure.

But in April I received a basic breakdown and it still states i owe nearly £3000 in arrears! On looking at there figures the payment to each case since they applied my DEO has been very inconsistent!

How can I get the CSA to address this? I have all evidence in black and white and surely they should be able to work out what each case get's as regular maintenance and then the rest goes to arrears?

Anyone offer any advice? Ive been referred back to ICE from the PO for them to try address, but they say if i get no joy i can go directly back to them

Fed up with it all now and want it sorted once and for all

Dissapointed none of the CSA 'experts' have not offered you assistance ;)
Similar happened to my friend, thing was the ghost arrears appeared when he started a family with a new partner and she put in a claim, hence although he would pay 5% more from his net, the 1st mum would get a 33% reduction
It was clear that they were trying to fiddle it, so that Mum 1 gets no reduction of monies :o

well got a letter from CSA today stating "thank you for your email received in Falkirk on 29th July2010, this then goes onto say they are sorry to hear im dissatisfied with the level of service i have received and would get back to me within 15 days"

I never emailed the CSA!!, last email I sent was to ICE
