csa new claim help please

my brother split from his girlfriend in jan he has been giving her cheques every week but they not been cashed he also pays towards rent and the loan on washing machine tumble dryer etc she has now gone to csa should he put down everything he pays for and would he get a reduction

    Makes no odds as the claim is from when the CSA sends the MEF form.
    If he is contributing as you say, then chances are he will more than likely pay less via the csa 15/20 or 25% average net pay reduced by 1/7 per overnight stay he has.

    thank you but as she is not cashing cheques would it still count also as it rent and not a mortgage was unsure if they will take it into account

    If the ex has not cashed them then, the monies should still be in his account, so can't be counted, but as there is no arrears to consider, then all he has to consider are his future contributions :)
