Hi,
Justy sorting through my loft and found a bunch of sliverware that belonged to my grandmother, it has no sentimental value to me so I was looking to sell it. I am reluctant to sell it for scrap as it looks really nice. A matching hairbrush and mirror, 2 matching candlesticks and an odd napkin ring. Any idea where the best place to sell this kind of thing?

Try an antiques auction house. You will have to pay VAT and commission on the sale price though. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
