Not too bad a problem for those in the EU with 2 year warranties but in the USA they only get 90day, so after 3months they have to pay microsoft $150 to pay for a problem that MS have known about since just after launch.

It is one per customer and if anyone ordered more than one the order will be cancelled! Not like they cant allocate them to anyone else...

just got a phone call from chatterbox.com they have cancelled my order as they have none left argued that I bought it yesterday but did'nt work so I wont be getting one on monday as promised said they'd put money back on my cc let's hope they do.

I literally just got the call - think this was a mistake and they arent honering any. I asked what time they ran out they said 13:00 ish. I said I ordered at 12:15 (which I did) and Id spoken to the guy at that point (which I had) and they still had 81 left. Doesnt matter - nothing she can do!

It seems a bit pointless why they still have this offer available, people have been getting orders cancelled. I would say its a waste of time.

They have them back on the site but now at £269.00, same description, core on homepage and then with extras when you click through.

Sounds like it was an error and they have decided not to honuor it.

Cancellation by Us

: We reserve the right to cancel the contract between Us if:

a. We have insufficient stock to deliver the Goods you have ordered;

b. We do not deliver to your area; or
