Imo its enforceable + I think after 2007 the rules changed but i'm not sure exactly. However does have nasty single premium ppi added so if that was missold you can reclaim that + interest and they will re structure the loan. You will be able to cancel it regardless.

Hi, go onto the unenforceability thread and enquire there. You will find the help you need. Pages 1 onwards has a checker that will help you self check your agreement.

Hope this helps in some way.
    Cheers, handy.

    Looks enforceable to me.

I think what Mr Moral Highground forgets is that firstly there is no loophole or people trying to get out of paying. We are not talking typos but serious mistakes or even no contract.
Most people will be at desperation point before they look at the enforceability.

Mr Bloggs writes to bank advising he's lost his job and cant afford the £100 a months, tells bank he can pay £10 till he gets a job expecting bank to be understanding.
Bank decline and say they wont accept it. Threaten all sorts. Bank default customer(or should that be cashcow), terminate account and sell to DCA who continue to harrass you and wont accept your reduced amount, threaten court and make your life a living hell.
Mr Bloggs googles for advice and finds about cca s77-79 so sends request. Bank reply with sheet of bog roll, Mr Bloggs gets his life back and can afford to feed his kids and put clothes on there backs rather than paying greedy unhelpful banks.

Yep, its a two way thing. As they say banks will give you an umbrella and take it away when there is a forecast of rain.

If you owe them only and are unable to meet the amounts set on the computer screen, they are not nice or understanding.

    Taylor made.

I did try to comment on your other post, unfortunately, I snapped at the bait being laid down and got involved in an arguement there.

As DC has said above, it looks enforceable, and contains all the relevant information. However, you may, as advised, be able to get the PPI refunded (given the screen shots show you did not ask for it.)
