Hi, all. The members of this forum are great, I don't know what I would have done without the information that is available here. These DCA's rely on peoples ignorance of the law in order to make money.
My OH received a claim from a DCA back in 2005 for a debt she guaranteed for her ex some 6 to 8 years previously. She paid £20 per month till last year, then stopped. At some time they will come back to us and try it again. OOH am I looking forward to it now I know our rights.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
