Hi hun, didn't realise you'd opened a new thread so I replied on mine. Basically I got no joy in wiping out the entire debt with Capital One, but I did get a refund off them for charges and PPI which was approx £650, I was glad to get anything written off with £21,500 debt. Hope you have more luck, I'll keep checking your thread to see how your doing, and remember you might not got it all written off but you may get some. XAugust 2009 - Debt free - August 2013
Total Debt - £21,478
New Debt - £0.000 -
thanks Jordon for your reply what iam trying to prove is the form 3623 is unenforceable because the nerds at capital one sold the account on to cabot and i will not pay a penny to cabot because i am totally against leaches like these who buy accounts for next to nothing and try to harrase people so they can make a hansom profit i do not mind there threats of taking me to court but just wanted to make sure the form which i signed in 2000 is unenforceable in court should it come to that thanks.:beer:0
