hi all
i recently had a claim going with the dreaded cartel :mad::mad:. after getting used to the fact i had been conned out of money from these sharks. today out of the blue i got a call from a company called grass roots financial saying they have my details and they can get my money back. any advice?:eek:

I think you will find that grass roots are Cartel in a different guise - stay clear of ANY company that wants you to pay them to do what you can do yourself for £1
ll they will do is get your CCA (thats what costs £1) and tell you if the agreement is enforcable or not, you can do that yourself if you look at the unenforcability thread and use the template letters!
Edited to add, if you do go down the UE route, don't sign anything you send, and use a postal order to pay not a cheque!Credit card debt - NIL

thanks for your reply suzie they are saying we dont pay anything and they can get back what we have already paid. the man that rang has asked can he come to the house on friday to explain what there company is all about and what they can do to help.0

And before you pay a brass farthing check the detials of all directors and senior staff in both firms.
