is my Halifax CCA valid?

Hi everyone i got my cca from halifax with a letter.
please can some one tell me if it is valid.

Dear xxxxx
i write in response to your request for a copy of your consumer credit agreement under section 78 of the consumer credit act 1974 (CCA)

I have enclosed with this letter a copy of your reconsituted version of the executed agreement comprising both the original and current terms and conditions and a copy of your original signed aplication form together with a signed statement of the account.

There is no requirement under the CCA to provide you with a copy of the original signed agreement.now woth standing that fact please find enclosed the front page of the original agreement proving your signiture. The prescribed terms of the agrereement would of been validly incorporated into the agreeement on the reverse of the enclosed sheet.

By providing you with the documents we have satisfied our obligation to provide a copy of the executed agreement under the section 78 and confirm that the agreement complied with the requirements of section 60/61.As such the agreement you have with us is fully enforceable and we shall continue to treat it as such.We will not be entering intoany further coresspondence with you regarding the requiremnts relating to the provision copy agreement.

If you are using the services of claims management company we would like to remind you of the warnings issued by the ministry of justice.

I refer a quote to you by the ministry of justice that reads "Buisness that mislead the public by claiming they can arrange unpaid loans credit card debts or other consumer debts to be written off have been told to stop or face action "

your sincerly

xxxxx
