HELP! Do I send Letter A, Letter A&B or send letter A and say C verbally?

I'm dealing with Moorcroft and in tomorrows post I need to send them a letter which basically says that rubbish you sent me wasn't a breakdown of my debt, I require a proper breakdown. Although of course I have written it better than that!
But they've been bothering me on the phone since I wrote it a few days ago and now I also want to send them the stop calling me you toads letter from Niddys thread.
The only reason it was written a few days ago to be sent tomorrow is I haven't had money for post but tomorrow is payday.
This is the letter I was going to send. And this is Niddys letter.
Alternatively there is another option which is read them a get lost statement (which is here) by phone but that means answering the security questions. While I don't mind answering them it's something I have previously been advised here not to do and so I'm wondering if the get lost statement will still work in that case?
So what would you do?

I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.

Probably put together a combination of A+B.
Unless you are very comfortable telling these morons to "get lost" over the phone, then probably best not to go with C on top of A+B.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thanks Fermi, anyone else care to offer a point of view?I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
