O/D or card?

I would be most grateful if anybody has any knowledge of this. I have and O/D of £1,700 and I pay just short of !.5 % interest which is roughly £25. Of course you pay interest on the interest so that's not too accurate. Lloydstsb checkbook account.

I can't work out if I should move it to a card. I would incur about 3% balance transfer but how do I get cash to pay off bank?

Thanks in advance.;)

    OK, it probably won't! :D

My overdraft is quoted in EAR, which I believe is very similar to AER, but I don't know how easy it is to translate that to APR and compare which would be best. I would imagine it's better to keep it in the OD though.
