Is an email as good as a letter?

Wrinkles has worded it well, it will hype you up into rushing in. Be cool, make an F&F offer using national debtline template, add in 5 day deadline, state this is a written letter matching the offer made by them on the telephone. If they want to accept it they will reply saying so. But watch out for a reply as they may change the terms rather than just accept.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
Okay thanks, I will write (printer just ran out of ink!) a letter and post it tomorrow. Should arrive before their deadline lol!0

Update: I called MBNA back and spoke to someone different, they said my offer had been accepted and I should receive a letter by Wednesday. Here's hoping it's all in order!0
