Not srictly free but bargains none the less - posted this earlier on the Sanctuary thread - sorry, bit useless with IT and don't know how to post a link to a specific thread response!
"The £5 skincare voucher is per "qualifying item", not per transaction, so in your example, it should be just under £10 for the 3 "new" hot cloth cleansers. States this clearly on the voucher, but most SAs try to tell you it is per transaction, so you may have to stand your ground.
Unfortunately my local stores have not reduced their "old" Sanctuary products, but there are still great bargains to be had. You can combine using the voucher on Sanctuary skincare with the 3 for 2 on "indulgent bathing". Today I used 2 vouchers and got 2 x £6.99 Sanctuary cleansers for £1.99 each and as the third item a "free" Soap and Glory scrub - £3.98 for all three. I think this will work on any combination as long as the Sanctuary product is not the cheapest item, ie you can't have the £5 discount off the "freebie".
Hope that makes sense?
Whack a deodorant or whatever into your basket at the same time to make the spend up to £5 and you will get another voucher .... "0 -
OK, so on my tour of local Boots stores, I have found the following items at less than £5, so are free with a £5 SKINCARE voucher. (You get one of these if you spend £5 at Boots, it comes out as a till spit, an extra receipt, or as some people like to, find them littered around the self service tills).
DR NICK LOWE HAND DUTY CREAM (£4.99)
DR NICK LOWE LINE ERASER (£4.99)
SANCTUARY products in peach and lime green box (£3.00)
TIME DELAY WRINKLE REDUCE SERUM (£3.50)
OLAY REGENERIST EYE LIFTING SERUM (£3.00)
NIVEA VISAGE (various) (between £3.25 and £5.00)
L'OREAL (with Jane Fonda on the box) (£5.00)
There were other things too, but I can't remember everything. I can't promise you will find them reduced at your stores too. I have found items such as DR NICK LOWE HAND DUTY CREAM heavily reduced in one store, but full priced in another. Also, I found the DR NICK LOWE LINE ERASER reduced to £4.99 in one store, but was full price on another shelf in the same store. Confused!
Also, if you smile nicely and tell the SA she has really nice hair (well it worked for me), they will put let you use 2 £5 vouchers in 1 transaction. I got 3 x TIME DELAY items, total £9.00, told the SA she looked really nice, and she put through 2 x £5 SKINCARE vouchers in same transaction and I got the lot for free.
Thanks to the glamorous MELGIRL for telling me about some of the products above. Good luck and get those bargains!

Some were on the clearance shelf, others were on the normal skincare section. The price labels had a line through and then a cheaper price. This won't be the case at all stores. Some of my locals had the clearance labels, some were still full priced. Just keep looking. Smaller stores tend to have these reductions more.Where_You_Working wrote: »Time Delay eye cream reduced in our Boots to £3.50 but assistant would not put it through with voucher, apparantly the Manager has said they are not to be used on reduced items, only a very small Boots!
They normally do these at small stores. Just stand your ground. Not too sure if it actually says not useable on reduced items. They let me use them at my locals, even the small ones. Good luck.0 -
FOR THOSE IN LEEDS
Just got back from Albion Street store. They had some Time Delay Wrinkle Reduce Night Serum on clearance stand for £3. Grabbed two and put through on SS tills with £5 voucher so £1 to pay - even better tho got 100 pts voucher from kiosk when you buy any time delay product so £1 to pay but 100 points back.
I new to this bootsing but maybe 2 x 100 vouchers coudl be used(didnt think of printing 2 off)?0 -
I got 5 x Time Delay Wrinkle Reduce Daily Serum, all at £3 each. Total £15. Used 3 x Skincare vouchers and all for free. Woohoo.0

With this voucher you can use it per qualifying item, so you need 2 valid items in order to use 2 vouchers in the same transaction. It wont work if you try to use 2 vouchers against one item. If a s.a. says you cant, ask them to try and scan it - if the till says no then thats fine, but if it says yes, they can hardly turn around and say well you cant have it!!! Most at my local will try though...
@ Leosmummy
The extra points will only go through once per transaction, however you can put multiple vouchers together such as a double points, extra points when you spend a certain amount and extra points on qualifying products - BUT ONE OF EACH ONLY!
Ive come across s.a. s who dont like to put clearance items through that come out as free - as they think they may get into trouble for it!! If it says it cant be used on reduced items on the actual voucher, then im afraid its at the s.a.'s discretion whether they put it through or not - cant force 'em sadly!!!0 -
If there is nothing reduced, what else can you buy with these vouchers.
I have tried lots of things that 'used' to work last time and none of these would go through this time like the olay wash and olay cloths
Any suggestions please?
