Linda - help needed please!! (or anyone who knows about measuring for dresses?!)

I need some help, please!
I'm just about to order my dress for my baby daughter from a dressmaker but she's not local to where we are and she has asked me to email my daughters measurements over.
My daughter is 17 months now, and will be 19 months at the wedding (8 weeks time). She's already a tall girl and into 2 year old clothes.
Should I add a cm to each of the measurements to allow for the fact that in the next 8 weeks, she may grow a little (she seems to be going through clothes constantly at the moment) or should I just give the exact measurements now, and assume/point that some should be added as she may still grow a bit? If I add it myself, would 1cm added to each measurement (chest, tummy, shoulder to hem) sound okay?
I know it's only 8 weeks but exact measurements are exact measurements and the last thing I was is for it to arrive and be too snug. Besides, the style of dress (classic flower girl ivory, tulle skirt and sash) doesn't look too bad if it's isn't skin tight on her.
What do you think?
Much appreciated!
