Joeskepi was right about goldfish learning faster and it seems retaining that knowledge for longer
Best to stick to the monthly released figures.

Also best to acknowledge that we are in a period of stagnation, some months up, some months down.
do I really need to post the graph again?:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.

And the real price. Don't forget the real price.
It's actually a rise. A monumental rise. It's just 99.8% of the country are too thick to realise.

Why do so many who do not live in Scotland get so excited by Scotland's house prices.
I have no real interest in house prices outside the county I live in.
Perhaps the Scots should be flattered??? It seems to be jealousy that drives the infatuation with their house prices.0 -
it's the Hamish McTavish Cheerleaders - there's always one of the fan club that posts after one of Hamish's or ISTL's posts...Why do so many who do not live in Scotland get so excited by Scotland's house prices.

I just missed a no out. Just doing a few things at the same time. Now edited for you. (were you not moaning about people picking you up on errors the other day?)
Are you moving to Scotland Dev?0 -
Are you moving to Scotland Dev?
I certainly would.
Is this the new tactic anyway? House prices down in Scotland, so can't understand why anyone out of scotland would talk about them? You really cannot understand that, living in the United Kingdom? I mean really not understand, not just some forum point scoring "not understanding".
What about wales, should we exclude wales too? And Northern Ireland?
Maybe, when prices fall in England, we can exclude different counties?
Maybe we should only talk about London?0 -

I can see ISTL and Hamish moving soon then.
Nice edit GD.
I really do not understand why so many with no VI in Scotland get off so much on the prices their TBH.
They seem desprate to do the "point scoring" GD, not me. They do posts like below which are irrelevent, but just to have a go and antagonise.Graham_Devon wrote: »And the real price. Don't forget the real price.

PS Why would I want to talk about and get excited about London I don't live their either.

You can tell when things are bullish or bearish by how many threads Hamish is starting. Just one over the weekend must be a record low for him. Some humble pie will be on the menu over the next 6 months.0
