Big Storage External Drive - Small in size

Hi,
I am looking for a a good big external drive up to 1T if possible but one that is actually small in size size so its easy to carry around...Does anyone know of any good deals on at the moment ?

I have also seen this Western Digital one but some of the reviews dont seem too good !

I also found this Buffalo Ministation 1TB but again no reviews....has anyone got any experience of this ? It seems like a good price as well
