Father avoiding paying

Hi,
This is certainly not for me! I'm too damn old to father any more children!!!!!

No, It's my daughter. She has our grandson who is 6 now. She left her partner about 5 years ago through abuse reasons - physical & mental.

The father had up until 2 years ago a good job - he was bringing home £600 - £1000pw.

He has always refused to pay for anything. We got CSA involved and that is when the trouble started. They caught up with him, so he gave his job up (seriously) and signed on for JSA. That went on for a month or so, then he decided to go back to work, but now on a contract basis self employed.

Every time the CSA catch up with him, he stops working for a month and claims JSA (tells them the contract had finished) Leaves it for a month and goes back to work and this is still going on now.

It seems the CSA are playing catchup all of the time, then he stops them.

He says that he needs the money for himself and has actually told my daughter to get money off her grandfather (my father) - 'because he has loads!'

Anybody have any idea on how to get this guy to pay up please?

Thanks
