Lost necklace help

Hi, not really money saving but as you all seem to be great at finding things I was wondering if you could help me.
I wore a simple design mother of pearl & silver cross on a silver chain on my wedding day and have worn it every day since. I recently had a bicycle accident and the A&E staff had to cut the chain from my neck so the cross got mislaid
I got it from h.samuel but they no longer do the design. I know it's a long short but I wondered whether anyone had any ideas where I may find something to replace it?

Yes, tried ebay but didn't have any luck. I'm kinda resigned to it being lost but it's a shame 0 -

take the pic to a jewellery manufacturer anf they will make it for you. It is not as expensive as it sounds0
